I contacted Heather Carpet Cleaning prior to moving house to arrange for our new house to be cleaned top to bottom. On the day of the move they were incredibly flexible about timings as we werenโt sure when we would get our keys. They arrived just after we called. Carpets had a few stains which they got out and looked and smelt as good as new after. All work carried out with a smile and great professionalism. Highly recommend ๐

Quick response to email request about services. Mark was able to come quickly and clean and deodorize cream carpets that have heavy duty use and various spills over the last 4 years . Great that the machine (and major noise) sits outside the house. Looks so much better! Thanks Mark for polite effective and efficient service and helping to move some furniture.

I got my carpet cleaned today by mark. My son had covered the carpet in Play-Doh And I thought I would have to get new carpet. But no mark come to the rescue. Very happy with the result of the carpet.very friendly and professional services. This is the second time in using them will definitely get them back thanks again mark.
Mark came and cleaned our cream coloured carpets yesterday - having 4 dogs, not the best colour and they were stained in a number of areas. We hoped that this deep clean would make the marks less noticeable and give the carpets a little uplift - BUT my comment at the end of the job was WOW! Not only were the carpets so clean all the stains were gone. I'll definitely be using Heather Carpet Cleaning again - upstairs next and regular cleaning for the high footfall areas. My 5* rating is well deserved.
Contacted Mark to arrange to have carpets cleaned. He was able to fit me in last minute. He contacted me on the day to let me know he was running a bit behind which I appreciated. When they did arrive both of them were very friendly and easy to chat with. Made a fantastic job on the carpets and charged me exactly what he quoted even thought they were in a bit of a state and took a lot longer and more effort than I'm sure they thought they would. Could not recommend them enough and would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you
Having recently moved into a new flat in the Stirling area, previously used by students, I needed to deep clean everything. I contacted the Heather Carpet Cleaning team, and they quickly booked me in at the most convenient time for me. The job they have done on the carpets in this fairly disgusting flat is absolutely outstanding. The team were polite, quick, didn't require a lot of attention, and the job (one bedroom and a hallway) was complete in just over an hour. The carpets look brand new and have their fluffiness back!! The Heather carpet cleaning boys were out this morning and done a fantastic job. Thoroughly cleaned living/diningroom carpet, hallway, couch, love seat and removed a stubborn stain from babies room all in just over an hour. Highly recommended and very professional.
